What may be refunded
For a qualifying operator who completes 12 uninterrupted and compliant months while an eligible property generates zero verified qualified leads, Genxis proposes to refund eligible $97 monthly site-access fees paid for that property.
Qualification conditions
- All 12 monthly payments were made on time.
- The operator completed required provider outreach and reporting.
- At least one approved provider remained ready to accept leads where required.
- The operator complied with price floors, service standards, consumer handling, data rules, and all program policies.
- No legitimate lead was rejected, mishandled, suppressed, or diverted.
- The claim is filed with the required evidence within the stated claim window.
What voids eligibility
- Early cancellation or termination for cause
- Failure to complete the 90-day provider activation requirement
- Nonpayment, excessive disputes, unauthorized claims, or reputation violations
- Provider unavailability, routing interference, or failure to answer leads
What is not covered
Custom-build fees, research access, activation payments, processor charges, advertising spend, payroll, contractor costs, provider losses, lost profits, modelled lead value, and any amount not expressly identified as an eligible monthly site-access fee.
