This is a managed operating program for entrepreneurs and agencies—not a domain sale, franchise, passive-income product, or promise of results.

1. Evaluate what is documented

Each property record distinguishes verified measurements, collected revenue, and modelled estimates. Review the source, measurement window, check date, market risks, minimum price, and operating obligations.

2. Apply to become the operator

Genxis assesses your business identity, sales experience, provider-acquisition plan, reputation, responsiveness, and ability to operate without harming consumers, providers, sites, or the Genxis brand.

3. Activate an approved provider

An approved operator ordinarily receives 90 days to connect at least one screened end provider. “Connected” means contracted, payment-verified, correctly routed, territory configured, and ready to accept leads at or above the minimum lead price.

4. Route, support, and document

Genxis provides lead and call infrastructure. The operator recruits and supports buyers, monitors acceptance and disputes, and maintains service standards. The provider receives lead details through the panel, iframe, API, or webhook integration.

5. Split adjusted collected revenue

Provider revenue must actually be collected before it is distributable. Documented processor fees, taxes, approved fraud credits, refunds, chargebacks, and reserves are deducted first. The remaining adjusted collected revenue is split 50/50.
